We have two Twin rooms, two Double rooms, and one Superior Double or for an extra special break, we have a Four-Poster Room - perfect for a romantic break.
All prices quoted are per room per night and include our famous hearty Lakeland breakfast. We are very proud of our breakfast as much of the produce which we serve is sourced from local suppliers, which guarantees good quality, a great tasting breakfast and the fact we are supporting our neighbours (local farmers and producers).

This is a lovely spacious first floor room overlooking the river and the garden. The king-size four poster is comfortable with calming eau de nil décor. There are bath robes and slippers provided as well as locally sourced toiletries. Tea and coffee as well as ½ bottle of red wine are also included.
The armchairs by the bay-window are a perfect place to rest after a busy day.
The bathroom is ensuite with a powerful shower over the bath.

Totally amazing, Richard and Diney could not have made us more welcome and they could not have been more helpful in helping to plan walks and places to eat. I am amazed that they do this every single day and yet they treated us like we were there first guests. We will definitely be back... I have a feeling we might need to book in plenty of time.

Wansfell gives wonderful views of the whole of Windermere and its surrounding fells. It is around 5-6 miles and takes in around 1800 ft of ascent. The walk is a little steep in places and the actual summit of Wansfell is just short of 1600 ft.
